Our Returns Policy
We want you to love every item you receive from us. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
What Can Be Returned?
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
The following cannot be returned: personalised/custom items (unless faulty), sale items (unless faulty), items showing signs of wear or washing.
How to Return
Step 1: Email us at patrickwhite2424@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We'll reply within 24 hours with a return authorisation and instructions.
Step 3: Pack your items securely and send to the address provided.
Step 4: Once received, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you.
